Kath was such a pleasure to work with! My wife and I were selling our home in Gilford and moving next door to Laconia. Early on, we ran into multiple hurdles with the home inspections on both sides of our transactions. Thankfully, Kath was there to help keep everything moving and get us one step closer to the closing table. Then, just when we thought we had made it through the worst of it, we encountered a deal-breaking issue with the sale of our Gilford home. If we couldn't sell, we couldn't buy. Kath grew up in Massachusetts and Vermont and is a graduate with her Masters Degree from Bryant University in Smithville, Rhode Island.
